Joshua Moguel is a Graphic Designer who has found a passion for UI and UX design. He also loves to advance his knowledge of designs by learning from past projects and taking inspiration from the world around him. The best way to incorporate the world around him is to add movement, so little hints of animation get added for the viewer to feel more connected. He believes that designs help us connect. This foundation led him to constantly explore innovative ways to enhance user experiences. He also believes in teamwork and lending people a hand whenever they may need it. Sometimes it’s tough working alone so when you have a team no matter how big or small it can create a huge impact on any design and with good leadership you can guide a team in the right direction. The work shown here is a collection of different projects showing the many different creative design projects he’s been a part of. The first one is Moguel’s Painting and Finishing, a family company where Joshua rebranded the company to fit more of that family aesthetic that they were missing before. In the project of Honor, he focused on refreshing the email messaging system and the animation for the logo. These were made for users to become more comfortable with the new branding. The final project here is a prototype of an app called Brighter where users can engage with questions and see a therapist that is best suited for them. This project helped me with interactive design in many ways and helped set the foundation of my design experience.
