Hope is a designer based in Illinois who is focused on weaving community, sustainability, and tradition into her work. She strives to conjure human connections in a world that often favors digital spaces. Whether it be branding or poster designing, they are always thinking about creating experiences that prioritize inclusivity. The Noble Print Club is a registered student organization on campus at the University of Illinois focused on printmaking. Hope has had the pleasure of being the vice president and social media manager for the club for over a year, which has allowed her to play the role of lead graphic designer for all things club branding. The opportunity has served as the dream passion project for them as a designer and printmaker, as they are able to be as playful as possible with the club’s designs. She has been able to use her designs for the club to increase community engagement with her peers. The club’s annual “Print-A-Palooza” event had excellent turnout due to instagram posts and flyer designs posted around campus. At each opportunity the club is given, she is always eager to start brainstorming the next idea.
