I designed a campaign that encourages and challenges young adults to practice mindfulness daily, using calming colors and patterns. I researched simple tasks that aid mindfulness and found that there are many small and quick rituals that, if introduced to one’s daily routine, will increase one’s general ability to be present and in the moment. The final product of my research is a mindfulness care package that includes the “Checklist Challenge,” which is a calendar that is filled out with days of mindfulness completed, a set of “Care Cards” that provide daily tasks to complete, and a “Care Card Key” that provides detail on how to implement each task to increase personal mindfulness.
