I used digital illustration via Ibis Paint X to create a sequential narrative that showcases the continued ableism that occurs daily in the United States. My comic features a protagonist who has physical disabilities and is met with less than equitable options. The narrative alerts the viewer to be more aware of day-to-day ableism and how it affects those who are not considered physically or neurologically typical.
